What is required for proper installation

For continuous work, first you need to correctly calculate and purchase the necessary components that will be needed during the work.
So:

• First of all, you need forests. Then you will feel comfortable at altitude. After all, one must move there freely, and this is a rather serious matter;

• We calculate the number of siding panels. Everything is simple here. We take the total area and divide by the area of ​​one element, these data are on the packaging of the material.
  We get the number of elements. An integer is the number of parts.
  But here you should first properly plan your placement. And take into account the waste that you can not use after trimming;
• After this, you should think about a frame that can be made using a metal bar or wood. With the first option, everything is clear, but for the second one you should consider that you will need the right purchase.
  A timber with a moisture content of at least 12 percent should be purchased. Mounting should be done not less than 50 cm;

• We make the same markup in the upper part of the house;
• Now we cut the beam to the desired size and nail it on the levels held. To do this, use a hammer drill and make connections on an anchor or dowel.
  But in this embodiment, the anchor is more reliable. It will give a more rigid and reliable mount.
  It should not be forgotten that the whole structure is not light weight and therefore the quality of the fasteners should be at their best;
• Now install the crate and around the perimeter of windows and doors. And also in places of installation of external parts of the house;

• After that, we need to pull the fishing line between the extreme elements and designate the plane of the crate.
  The fact is that if the wall is not even, then the crate will not be even and the entire siding will lie in the wrong plane. This should be avoided;
• After that, we cut the beam into the desired size and fix it perpendicular to the ground at a distance of at least 50 cm from each other. When installing, we use gaskets with which we adjust the height of the beam and set it exactly along the line;
• Now we need to apply a layer of insulation. To do this, apply mats and attach them to plastic fungi.

So:

• Panel fastening must not be done close to the surface. Do not forget that the material will heat up and therefore it is necessary to give a gap of the order of 3 mm., Then you will avoid many troubles in the summer;
• Installation starts from the bottom row and goes up. Do not do the installation in the winter.
  But if this happened, then when connecting the elements, a gap of the order of 10 mm should be provided;
• During installation, use fasteners with a corrosion-resistant coating only. Because unprotected parts will collapse before the siding, whose service life is about 50 years;
• All fasteners should be immersed in the crate at least 35 mm. Otherwise, they may not support the weight of the structure.
  Do not allow the caps of the elements to fit snugly against the vinyl; make a clearance of about 2 mm;
• Fasten nails and screws strictly perpendicularly. Otherwise, they can stretch the material and this will greatly damage during temperature changes;

• Do not mount through vinyl. If you need to make a hole and make a connection and there is no groove provided, then you need to drill a hole in the material with a diameter a couple of mm larger than the diameter of the self-tapping screw;
• It is always necessary to mount the panel from the middle and move to paradise;
• When connecting the elements, make a gap of 25 mm and not less. Then in bad weather the snow will not penetrate there;
• During operation, you should use the level and check the parallelism of at least every third row;
• All openings of the building are finished using a J-bar. Sometimes there are recessed windows, then it is necessary to install the outer corners below the rail by 7-10 mm;
• When the entire plane is machined, then you can proceed to fasten the elements to the pediments and do the facing of the slopes. For this, plastic lining is often used.

As can be seen from the above, siding for decoration of facades, cottages and houses can be used without problems.
